1. Can I cancel/make changes order that I just placed?
It is possible to make a change/ cancel your order within 12 hours without any charge.
From 12 – 48 hours is the time the order has been put into operation and processing, you will be charge 15% total amount.
After 48 hours, we don’t accept order cancellation. You should immediately contact our Support team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included.
You are strongly advised to use our official email on our Contact us page. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.
2. How do I order the correct size product?
We encourage our customers to look at the Sizing Chart. This is where you will find the “Manufacturer’s Recommended Size Chart”, and in some cases, an on-model sizing line-up. Specific sizing details are listed below the product image. If you still wonder about size, please feel free contact us, we will help you to choose the right size.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally you are expected to receive your package in 3-7 business days depending your location.

4. How much is the shipping cost?
The total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:
         – USPS Standard Ship: $ 4.95
         – Fedex or DHL standard Ship: $7.95
You can choose 1 in 2 option above.
5. How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number via email when the parcel has been sent.
6. When I receive the item, there are some problem as wrong size, wrong color or torn, old…What should I do?
You should contact us as soon as possible.
Remember, you should video un-box the item. We will check and send new ones for you if right.
